EMAIL SIGNATURE SETUP
How to set up your email signature:
1. To begin, click the link to create a new signature provided in the body of the email message or below, and close your Outlook.
For GLDD use http://dynasend.com/sig.php/GLDD
For CORPORATE use http://dynasend.com/sig.php/GLDDCORP
*If you are unsure which to choose, please contact Human Resources.
2. Under the Select Template dropdown, select your location.

3. Enter the Email Address that you want to use for this signature. Then click Next

4. An Authentication link will be sent to your work email, open it and click on Validate and Login. It will open a form for the signature setup. Fill out all required entries for your signature. Make sure all the information entered is correct, then click Save & Continue.


5. Click signature to view your signature, which will take you to a new tab. Make sure all the information is correct, and all the links work. If all is correct, go back to the first tab, l leaving the new tab open. The first tab should look like Tab1, whereas the new tab should look like Tab2

6. Next step is to click on "signature installation instructions".

7. A new tab will open that gives you a couple options for installation instructions. It is recommended to click the second option as the automated installer is no longer supported.

8. Follow the instructions given in the manual setup instructions page and save the signature previewed in Tab2 referenced in 5.


Note: Do not change the path where the signature is stored by default.
9. Navigate to outlook >click on "new Email" > Insert > signature > Signatures...

10. Under the "E-Mail Signature" Tab, Click on "E-Mail Account" drop down and switch from your email to "signatures on this device" option and click on "Ok" to save.

11. Close the app and restart Outlook. Click “New Message "and see if your signature (or updated signature) appears.
12. If you do not see the updated signature yet, follow these steps:
• from your inbox, click FILE in the upper left
• click “Options”
• click “Mail” in the left-hand column
• click the “Signatures” button (over to the right).
• set the default signature for new messages and for replies & forwards to “signature”
• click “OK” to close the dialog box
Return to your inbox and click “New Message” and you should now see your updated signature.
